School Lunches

Well, we are already into the second month of school and I am already tired of making lunches for the kids. There are so many limitations to what we can send in for lunch that I usually feel quite uninspired. Peanut butter is out (for good reason) but we also lack the option of hot lunches too. Sandwiches are boring after a while. So, in order to jazz up lunch, I searched the web and found a few cool sites. Do you have any suggestions for a great lunch that your kids absolutely love?
